This was my favourite day! I learned so much. We visited an organic farm where we helped harvest some of their crops. I also learned how to make cob, which was fantastic and relaxing. We went to the wildlife preserve for lunch and to see some darling animals. Then back at the retreat I learned how to make haloumi. People also learned how to make bread and to fillet fish. Then we ate the food we helped harvest, the cheese and bread that we made and the fish we filleted. The best dinner of the week. Hands down.
