Day 4:

This was the day I learned to love oatmeal. Then we bussed for what seemed like forever to one of the more “sustainable” mines in the Yukon, Minto Mines. They mined for copper. They gave us a tour and provided lunch. The egg salad was on white bread … luckily Rebecca brought some of the organic local bread from the retreat.

I also encountered the biggest cinnamon bun ever.
